Doug Rice studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of Texas at Austin, where he learned the discipline of narrative — how structure shapes emotion, how pacing influences attention, and how story drives meaning. That training formed the foundation of his belief that leadership, like storytelling, follows a deliberate arc.
Following graduation, Doug built a career in human performance — coaching individuals and groups in strength, conditioning, and resilience. For decades, he observed a consistent truth: physical movement changes mental clarity. Energy shifts. Perspective sharpens. People think differently when they move. Over time, these two disciplines converged.
Doug began designing leadership experiences that combined guided movement, cinematic storytelling, and structured reflection. Not as fitness sessions. Not as motivational talks. But as intentional leadership immersions.
